    The delivery time or delivery date (outgoing for us) can be found on your order confirmation which you received by email.

  • REPAIR / MAINTENANCE

    The gas fire must be serviced by a specialist at regular intervals. The timing and extent of the maintenance also depends on how it is used. Your installer will advise you on this – we recommend that you service the gas fire once a year, especially for outdoor fires.

  • MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

    Especially for outdoor fires, we recommend that our gas fires be serviced annually by a specialist company.

  • MAINTENANCE

    Before each use, please check whether there are any leaves, snow or other objects on the gas fire and be sure to remove them before lighting the fire.
